Terms of Use

Last updated: October 1, 2026.

This is a translation of the original in Brazilian Portuguese. The Portuguese (pt-BR) version prevails if the two differ.

These terms govern the use of AlcaZap, a platform for customer service over WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram operated by ALCA SISTEMAS, CNPJ 14.296.948/0001-40, headquartered at Rua Doutor David Pedro Hannemann, 140, Alfenas/MG, CEP 37136-024. Using the platform means agreeing to what is written here.

1. What the service is

AlcaZap connects the customer company's WhatsApp number, Facebook Page (for Messenger) or Instagram account to a shared inbox, with queue, conversation assignment, tags, history, broadcasts, automations and artificial intelligence agents. It is software as a service: we do not provide the number, the phone line, the WhatsApp account, the Facebook Page or the Instagram account.

2. Account and access

The customer company is responsible for its agents' credentials and for everything done with them. Each person must have their own login; sharing credentials defeats the tracking of who authored each conversation.

3. Rules of use

The platform may not be used to:

Breach may lead to immediate suspension, without prejudice to the measures Meta itself applies to the customer company's number.

4. Content of the conversations

The messages and files exchanged belong to the customer company and its contacts. AlcaZap processes them as a processor, only to provide the service, under the Privacy Policy.

5. Prices and payment

The prices, billing cycle and limits of each plan are those agreed in the commercial proposal in force between the parties. Fees Meta charges for WhatsApp Business conversations are the customer company's responsibility and are not included.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service up, with maintenance windows announced when possible. The service depends on WhatsApp and Meta infrastructure: unavailability, blocking or policy changes on their side may affect customer service and are beyond our control.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer company in the 12 months before the event.

8. Term and termination

The contract is valid while the subscription is active. Either party may end it with notice; once the contract ends, the customer company may request an export of its data within the retention period described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated; the version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date at the top.

10. Governing law and venue

Brazilian law applies, with venue in the district of Alfenas/MG.
